If you want my opinion buy a new set of lights altogether. There seems to be a lot of water seal problems. I have seen countless owners w/ this problem including myself and I am sure you know of the License plate light leak inside the trunk when raining. I was going to have the set replaced by Ford and they were going to charge me $150 to replace. Instead I bought a set of Rally's for $20 and installed them myself and I know they are warrantied and leakage.
