I agree with TheGreatOne, the manufacturer should be able to freakin find out what their own factory is doing. If this is how they treat all their customers, I'm surprised they have any customers at all. I'm a very patient person but even I'm getting a bit frustrated with them.
However, I do think Dev and NorCal should be given a fair amount of credit for keeping us all pretty well updated throughout this entire thing. Honestly, I think that is what has kept this gb so civil and tolerant over the entire year and a half or more that it has been going on. I hope this is all over and done with by end of summer, only thing is, once I get my hood, I don't know what I'll come to the gb forum looking for....
