I was on the phone with our rep earlier today, and they are STILL trying to get an update for us. Unfortunately the "guy with the big balls in the company that can get an answer out of the factory" (thats a direct quote ) was gone for the day, so I'll be getting ahold of him tomorrow sometime to hopefully get a response for everybody


I hate having to say it, but once again, we are sorry for the immensely long wait time that everyone has had to endure. We never thought things would take this long, and we've done everything we can to speed things up, but things are just out of our control. I do know that other projects that were started 6 months BEFORE ours were pushed back so that these hoods would be finished, so at least that is some good news
