Well here is the verdict. I drove 715km's before refilling the 49.45l required to refill the tank. That was all I could cram in the tank. When I filled it last I crammed it too so I think this a rather accurate means for deriving my figures. If I did my math right this works out to 14.45km per liter or 6.92l per 100kms. Not to shabby for winter driving IMHO.
