I wouldn't trust the service manager's knowledge of what goes on in a plant. Then again, I don't exactly trust most of our plants either... :rolleyes: I watched as one plant welded a new roof on a $40k+ car after the windshield install machine ate the original one.
I expect that they sold it as new--the *******s.
