I just realized what your problem is. Someone else tried this and posted about it.
If the subframe goes out of line, you get the vibrations that you guys are describing. You need to bring your car to a dealer and get a DRIVETRAIN ALIGNMENT. This is different than a Wheel Alignment.
If just one of your engine/transaxle mounts are out of line with the subframe, then you get all kinds of noises, rattles, and vibrations.
