Do it! It works! All fuel injector cleaner products you get off the shelf contains transmission fluid. Add about 12-16oz to a full tank, and let it work. Matter or fact, tranny fluid is part of the ingredients in octane booster. I've put it in my gas tank when my new engine had about 2k on it, and it seems to help clean up the injectors a bit.
