I'm going to get either Optima Yellow top battery OR a dry-cell battery (similar to the Dyna-batt). I'm leaning towards using Dry-cell after seeing the Optima seems like it weights more than the stock one, but I'm also afraid that a dry-cell might not push out enough CCA. Anyways, I want to know what did you guys do to the cable? The stock cable is very stiff and can't really be bent without breaking it. It also has an adapter plate for extra wires at each terminal. What did you guys do? Ripped out the whole harness from the starter on and replaced it with different wire? What did you do to the adapter plate thing?
