Just go to Ford and ask them to install the Customer Flight Recorder.

This is the device with the button on it.

Then take your car out driving.
When you come to a stop and it starts to stall, press the button on the device, and then bring it back to the dealer.
They take the device, put it up on their diagnostic machine and watch what happened.

Chances are, that you need the IAC and all of the bores cleaned.
Possibly have the IAC replaced if it is locking up.

Have you tried resetting your PCM ???
Sometimes this alone, cures most of the problems.

IAC= Idle Air Control: a solenoid-actuated valve, typically mounted/always connected across the throttle body, used to control the idle with the throttle 'closed'. It is also used with the throttle open, but for different reasons that aren't critical for this discussion.
