When I installed mine then lined up with the factory mounting holes in the bumper. Them biggest problem I had was getting that top screw that's centered in the top of the light housing. Took a while, but finally figured out how to get it in. '98 GL 2.0 ATM S/M Lights, Recontent Fogs,Door Handle Lights, Stereo Upgrade, short shift, painted gauge. Engine still stock...for now.

How do I secure the bracket to the bumper. My dealer is a moron. teachertim Member T Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 46 Little Rock, Arkansas	okay, the front of my bumper curves un toward the tires, I'm sure yours does the same. My fogs sat up on top of that "lip" that folds under the bumper. They sat on that "ledge", the top screw goes in the hole at the top of the bracket (there was a hole in the back side of the bumper already) and then the bottow of the fogs had 2 holes in the bottom in the "stand" that they "sit" on. Those holes lined up with the holes in the "ledge" on the bumper. I just sat the fog light on the ledge, put the top screw in and then had to put the 2 screws in through the bumper into the fog bracket. Sorry if this is too confusing to follow.
