The state boys are usually pretty nice. Its the city police with too many hired cops, and too much time on there hands. I know Brighton police are a joke. It was funny, I stopped into the local post to inquire the law on a "Rapid acceleration" ticket  I recieved from the B.P.D. and every officer in there just laughed and started joking about Brigthon police. Soon they'll give you tickets for driveing on a paved or dirt surface...
