I had the same setup with my old nokia. You'll need a car kit for the phone, and most (not all) come with another wire that is grounded during a call. All you have to do is splice those two into eachother. Try grounding that wire out on the head unit, it will probably pause the CD, or mute the radio (what my alpine does) while grounded. Once lifted off, playback resumes.
