A simple thing called Common Sense would have prevented this. Some people should have been given mopeds or bicycles until they are sensible enough to drive a motor vehicle. Then some people should never be allowed to have cars period. That video shows a prime example. His own damn fault and i could only wish that whoevers car he hit, either pounded him or made him feel like he was 2 inches tall.
