My 99 SE Sport Duratec MTX turned its first CEL on the other night. I'm trying to dioagnose it right now, but I can't find the EEC Test outlet to plug it into. I've found it on my 95 LX Duratec, but its not in the same place on the 99. Where is it?

Also, are the codes the same for 99 and 95? Or did they change?

Any other input is helpful.
