You probably could add two mufflers, though I don't think anyone has done it. I don't forsee huge problems, though.
Josh @ yodude seems to be a pretty cool guy, so if I were you, I'd ask him if he'd sell you just the piping. Worth a shot. Why would you not want the middle muffler in there?
