) or H.R.E Tire in Madison Heights. Also you can try a couple junkyards, but our cars don't seem to end up there, so good luck there
As far as it being cheap, don't hold your breath. Maybe its time to get a set of the 17" Cougar rims that come on the C2, but skip the P215/50/17 tire size that comes on them.
