AMEN on that, the Ford Taurus is known for this issue, at least the GEN1 thru GEN3 models. I just bought my '95 Contour and knew that the vibrating "front end", upon brake application, was nothing more that out of round rotors. Alot of us have "been there, done that".
Yes, the Contour appear to be a great vehicle. Handles and rides very much like my Passat. Sure beats the Taurus it is replacing. -- Bill
