My hoole size in the cap is 3/16 and there is no rattle at cold startup. The car idles at under 1500 rpms, the problem i was wondering was the resistance i get in the carr when i let off the gas in 1st or 2nd going slow speeds. It's hard to explain but its sort of like if i am driving in first or second and i take my foot off the gas it feels like someone tapped me in the front, and me and my passanger tend to jump forward a little. This never happened before. I have tried not letting my foot off the gas or letting it off slightly and the reaction is less severe. The moose is fixed 100% and the gas mileage is amazing. It has been only a week since the fix but i am still on the same take since two sundays ago with moderate driving. Tank usually barely lasts a week. LOve the moose fix just wish it didnt kick me in the stomach everytime i let off teh gas in 1st or 2nd.
