I can shift into 1st gear as long as i'm rolling at a real slow speed, I can shift with no clutch into any gear without using the clutch except for reverse. I can pull it out of any gear at anytime also. It's not hard at all if you know what your doing.
If you've never tried it and don't know about you shouldn't comment on it.
