not sure on duratec, but i need no lift to change either of my zetec's o2 sensors. basically you just got to get to them and remove them and replace them. o2 sensor should cost no more than $60. i might would jack my car up to get to lower o2 sensor, but only if the tool used is too long to get under the car unjacked up.
