I had a vibration when I braked, and I also had (and still have) a vibration under acceleration. Both vibrations felt remarkably similar. I replaced the front rotors with standard quality units from O'Reilly's, and now the braking is extremely smooth. However, I still have the vibration when I accelerate, so I'm certain they were caused by two different things. Since your rotors are new, could you have an interaction with a tire, wheel, wheel bearing, driveaxle, etc? I'm also wondering if wheel alignment might play a role in this.
