alright, autozone has the 2721 bulb, but it's not green, but maybe is the little plastic cover green? if not, transparent green paint would work good from hobby store would work good.

Anyone think to check the color of the plastic peice that the bulb shines through? I have never checked but I'll bet 100 bucks that it is green and the light is really a white light. Someone prove me wrong....

I'll prove you wrong. The bulb is green, I have three spares in my garage because one burned out, so I ordered a new one. When I got the new one, it was greener and didn't match the other four, so I ordered three more so they all matched, I have three of my old ones in a shelf in the garage Now where's my $100?

i don't think that bulb gets too hot, and you could paint the outside part of the plastic. should last.
