I turned the shaft around and it was backwards. Works perfect now. Make sure the flat side is on the drivers side and the rounded side should be on the passenger side.

ok, so it says on the box that there is a 1 million mile warrenty, but i didn't recieve any shipping order or paper work to prove that i bought it. anyone else get a receipt or something of the sort? it's so much better than the stock one though.

The first day I got it I opened the box up completely and no sticker. Also how do we get warranty work done? I hope they know Ford's don't do one million miles :-p

i assume that you just contact OBX... also, i will finalize everything with the contact from MassiveMotorsports.com, where the parts were purchased from... The girls name is Stacey, and she said she would honor any warranty problems for the first year, and OBX would honor any after that.....

I just bought mine from massivemotorsports.com's ebay auction. I was too late for the egroup buy. My fault. But for $86 shipped I was happy!

ok, so i can't get the bottom linkage off. i'm assuming that it's the black line from the middle front of the shifter that goes into the cupholder area (under the plastic of course). is that right? any help would be great, i am trying to get this done before night. thanks.

hahahaha... i lost a little patience as well... just make sure all connections are released from the original shifter.... this includes the little ball at the very basein the front right and the other on at the base of the shaft..... once you have the one taken off at the base of the shaft, you should be able to pull it right off.... Also, when you put your new shifter in, make sure to grease the sheot out of the large ball, because that is the main pivot point....
