Yeah mine is too and it is REALLY pissing me off. I have the throttle hang fix installed, and that took care of it over the summer, but now with winter here my KKM and the throttle hang fix, it does it every time I put it in drive, drive some, and when the RPMs hit 1500...MOOOOOOOO, 1 minute later drops down to 500 and slowly comes back to normal. I had it die on me once in traffic before I put the TH hang in for the winter. I actually think it has to do with the engine trying to keep the RPMs up to warm up the engine quicker. I think this because the warmer the engine gets (regardless what the temp guage says) the shorter the moose. But the computer doesn't realize the car is driving now. Then the design of the airflow makes the horn noise when it opens up extra ports like the IAC and whatever other useless parts Ford put on this engine.
