What exactly is the IAC, is it the silver looking disk thing towards the firewall in the middle that you put the cap by for the TH fix. Also I think it may be the fuel pump since I don't hear anything when the car is in the on position except a weird buzzing from the engine bay.

By your discription its the Idle Air Control valve, yes the intake of which you put the 'TH' plug in...it should not 'buzz'...sounds like its shot and failed closed, check the electrical plug first ....

Just tried a new battery and still nothing. The belts are turning but it will not start at all. I've done everything listed, any other ideas before I pay again to have it towed to ford.
