Not really flooding... But you do start to lose intake air velocity and that can cause some minor problems. The ECU should know that more air is comming in and adjust the mixture accordingly... unless, of course, you have exeeded the parameters of the ECU.....

IMHO when it comes to the intake side, SVT got it right. The SVT TB (IIRC from a 3.0L Duratec) is about as big as you want to go unless you have some really heavy mods going on.
