I had Ford put the 3L in and when I got the car back the tires were sitting funny. I had an alignment done just before the car went in. The tires are tipping in at the top and pulling away from each other in the rear. Brand new tires gone in 4K miles. The shop that did the alingment gave me the sheet with alignment specs before and after along with MFR's spec's. Everything was good even with the lowering. Can dropping a car down off the lift too fast do that?

You will have to get the alignment done again. They most likely pull the subframe to do the job and this would mean that all alignment angles are now out of spec.

Man if they dropped your car off the lift you would know it! I have seen a few that have and it is easy to spot. You know where you jack up your car? Well that would be sitting right about where the factory badges go on the front quarter panels! I once saw a Ford F-150 drop off a lift from it's full height. Something like 8 or 9 feet. Could have just dropped it off the top house and not done as much damage.
