donno if this has been said, not gonna read this whole post but you need to make a relay to do this, you can get pre-made relays for like $5 ea at a lot of import shops otherwise make your own, do a search or dig into the howtos for how to make the relays yourself (same relays used for sidemarkers for your reference)
personally i'm against windshield washer LED's but its your car and i've seen more than one set that i DID like so its not like its all bad...
