This may sound a little biased because I have some, but the colored ones don't look good IMO. K' this is my thinking. The white(pure white ones that is, not the bluish white) and especially orange ones, actually serve a purpose, even more if they blink w/the blinker. They add a little more visibility, kinda like signals on the side mirrors. I would first look up the laws and regulation for your specific area and then you will have a better idea of what to do, ie: putting them on a switch or wiring up the the parking lights. Don't let people bug you about them being rice because you know what. A friend w/ an svt and I put them on our cars and now the majority of the OK crowd I know has them on their tours/cougar (all white led's btw) oh yes, and if you wire them up to the parking lights you just wire the white led wire into the orange wire on the parking lights and ground the black wire to the frame or the black wire on the parking lights. To blink w/ the signal, the white wire still goes to the orange one on the signal, but the black now is spliced into the blue wire w/orange strip, instead of being grounded. Have fun.

thanks for correcting me stolon I couldnt remember the wire colors. by the way jigga you are gay. this is an american car forum so if we want to bash rice then we will and that is just how it is. if you like rice then go to clubsi.com or something. but shut up about rice on here cause nobody cares about it. also the white LED's look good and so the the ember ones. In fact I know of a silver SVT with ember ones and they look great and the SVT stolon was talking about looks awesome to. those are the only good colors I have seen. now maybe a blacklight LED washernozzle would look pretty bad azz but I have yet to see this on anybodys car.

They're designed to be. The best is to hook the lights right to the battery.. just make sure you use long enough speaker cable to do that.. then they won't blink (like you wanted) and they'll be on all the time, which is mad kewl.

All he had to say was red, white, and blue are illegal. He even asked about my purple ones, and guess wht thier legal! Had them on for about a year now and nothing yet at least.

I had the dark blue ones before. I got pulled over in Mundelion Il. on my way to visit this girl that lives down there and was issued a warning ticket. Went down to Alabama to visit my daughter and was given a big lecture on Christmas eve (1 year ago today) about how people like to drive around and immatate police officers. He told me that any blue or red light on the front of the car is illegal there. Since I switched mine out to the hiper white ones, I haven't been pulled over yet.
