depends on state, here if they flash, then they're illegal, usually blue is illegal in most states but i know people with blue underbodies that you can see the tube (because it's on a high truck), and they don't get in trouble. but my friend got pulled over by state patrol that said they're illegal, but gave a verbal warning (i wonder why
). probably just wanted to look at his new car. i've talked too many sheriff deputies and they say they're legal, and i know the city cops won't do anything about them here.
