It sounds to me like a bad O2 sensor. With these cars the CEL codes are not very accurate...it could be your cat or the O2...now it sounds like an O2. I was in the same situation as you a while ago. Now I just got the MSDS headders and am running the mil adapters. It was my cat gone bad....Change your O2 if you can;t find any good deals PM me I might be able to get you a brand new one for your car for about 60 bucks.....Just give me the model, engine and production date so i can reference it.
