OP 99svtcontour_dup1 CEG\'er 9 Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 136 Chi-Town IL	any one know what this could be.i was driving my car and at first it only didnt it when i turned but know it does it all the time.when i turn it feels like a big drop in the front end the hole thing shakes and now when i give it gas it starts to shake like crazy and make a loud boom noise.i cant even drive my car now it also feels like my cluch graps at first then the shaking starts and i am not moving i hope it isnt any thing to bad i am having it toed to the ford svt dealer tomorrow this sucks i hate being out of ride..any one know what it could be thanx...

OP 99svtcontour_dup1 CEG\'er 9 Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 136 Chi-Town IL	hey hector and everyone else thanx. man but i got a call back today from woodfeild ford and so far they found metal shavings in the trans witch really sucks. can someone tell me how a trans blows after only 24 thousand miles.they wount even be taking it apart untill thursday so i am out of a ride for about 2 weeks i just hope it runs the same or better when i ge it back!!! totall cost about 3000 dollars i have a warranty but they still have to find out if whats wrong with the car is covered, it better be or my car it going to sit there for a long time!!! because i dont have 3 gz to put in my ride this phucking sucks!!!

sordz_dup1 CEG\'er S Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 141 Minnesota	welcome to my world! i have the same symptoms and after saying only both cv shafts are grooved and need to be replaced they find out the diff is fed up and there is metal shavings in the fluid. bad news isnt it. let me know what happens tony 2004 silver srt-4 with some mods(FOR SALE) ;-) 1998 t-red CSVT stock and beat up :-( 1997 z24 cavalier with some mods(FOR SALE) :-? old ride- 98 Silver CSVT with some mods ;-)
