The stereo part I can't help you with, but most of the dynabatts have really good CCA's. Moving a battery to the trunk decreases its ability to start a car as well due to the fact that you have to transmit that much current over a fairly long distance through 0 gauge wire. You'd have about the same effect as having a dynabatt in the front.
