Swazo, what sort of glue did you use to put your lights back together? And how did you pry them apart without doing any damage? That's the scariest part for me.
Pry?? Ouch...no, no no! Oh no prying........::sniff::, you've gotta cut the lenses off!

I used a makita drill and a whole bunch of cutting wheels from Sears. Get the heavy, or "extreme duty" type...it'll make life much easier. To answer the next possible question (that I can think of anyway), you can see where the lense and the black housing snapped together and was glued to seal it up, and I just cut along that seem about 1/4 - 3/8" deep or so. Though you can't hurt much going deeper, but it'd be better to be safe than sorry....and it'll save you from changing a broken cutting wheel by staying shallow on your cutting. After the painting was complete and they had plenty of time to to flash and release all of the solvents in the paint, I used black silicon to seal them up. It does a great job if you sand the cut edges of the housing and lense.
