can i replace the front and rear lower control arm bushings with polyurethane bushings? if so then where can i buy some?

Yes. Energy Suspension sells urethane bushings that are way better than the stock rubber bushings. You can get them at SP motorsports, Bat inc., or CTA Motorsports.
