Pull the brown relays in the underhood box and see if it stops. One is activated by the ignition switch which kicks the other one on. They turn the computer, fuel, and ignition systems on/off. Maybe they are fried or still being fed power. 95s are a nightmare if you have not had the wiring harness replaced. My harness blew out the ABS 3 times.
