Sent an e-mail to the local list and am posting here... I'm definitely going, and I was thinking (very prematurely) of a caravan to Omaha... just keep it in mind when you submit your vacation requests for next year...
I'll also be in Chicago, but I'm staying with my best friend, to save hotel costs...

Sounds great James. Des Moines is almost a natural meeting place on the way to Omaha, especially for those coming from the North and the East. As we work our way through construction season over the very mild winter we're having, we'll know more about possible meeting points as we get past all of the white stuff (if any). We're about 2 hours away at normal driving speeds...
