"Gave up car meets/shows in your childhood", how old are you? I'm 32, married with (2) kids and thats my time. I thought that when its in you, its in you, but after reading this post I guess not for some. Thats too bad because although I'm usually about 10 years older than most of the CEG-ers at the meets/shows, I still enjoy the company, even if I like to rock and they like to rap and hip-hop
Hell I even have the reputaion for driving my CSVT like an old man and why because I don't smoke the tires for no reason, hit a corner at 45 mph, etc. I "let it all hang out" when I go through SE OH/WV, then I can really drive my car the way its built to do
In closing you should try and come on out to some of the CEG meets, I think you'd be surprised that not all guys under, ah I don't know, 35 aren't all that bad
