Mine has some windnoise on the driver side at the b-pillar, but it may just be wear and tear. Since I like to keep my car looking as stock as possible, no tape for me. A way to fix weatherstriping is to get a new one.
If it keeps falling off, there may be an excessive amount of dirt in it or it could be worn out. The best way to clean weather striping is a scrub brush and a bucket of soapy water. Then just let it air dry.
