Hoping anybody can help me out with this one I have a 98 mystique and just the other day when I went to use the windsheild squirters the damn wipers just kept on going. I tried moving the wiper controls in differnt positions and that didn't work the only way I got it to stop was to shut the car off and then restart it. I live in Buffalo, NY and were getting pounded w/snow and I need my wipers to work correctly. Ant suggestions would be great. My only idea is that something is frozen which is causing it to act this way.
