They sell 103 octant racing fuel at a Gas Station I just started going to. What would happen if I put this gas into my 2000 CSVT ( mods : KKM, ShoShop Offroad y-pipe)? Would it increase performance ?

HELL YEAH!!!! You're car will be running a lot quicker, of course, if you were boosting, it'd be even better! It gets pricey, though. . .I used to run like 94 or 95 octane. . .the best available locally here is 93. . .103! that's just butter. . .
I don't know how significant the dyno would post gains, BUT on a high compression engine like ours, every bit helps. . .

Until your timing requires a faster burning fuel stick with pump gas.

Don't waste your money! You will not get an increase in power, also for the record higher octane fuel burns more slowly not faster. You want fuel to burn not explode which is what happens to low octane fuel when combined with high compression, boost, nitrous, or advanced timing.

Racing fuel is a bit expensive to run...if you are that desparate for more power why not just strap an Army surplus Jet engine to the car rack!!! That'll give you speed!! Just joking!! I don't think racing fuel will do too much for you though.

The only reasone I use Higher octain fuel is when I go on long trips...I seem to get better fuel economy, and sinces it burns better than 91, it also clean my system..( i also add fuel system clean to) As for an increas...I barly noticed anything...I guess it all depends on location ( by location i mean climate and altitude...everything runs different in different surroundings.)

You'll probably have a meltdown. You'll not see any gain. Matter or fact, you might loose torque/power.

could somebody explain this too me? Do you experience more hp under BOOST only, I thought both NA and TC/SC cars benefit from higher octane because of their ability to withstand heat and not preignite, both symptomatic of high compression NA and FI cars??? I don't want to belabor the point, I'm trying to get the facts straight. . .

cars now have knock sensors built into them. when there is preignition or detonation or whatever you feel like calling it the timing is retarted. however, the timing will never be advanced beyond the factory settings so using gas with an octane rating higher than recomended will give no benefit whatsoever. on modified engines where the timing has been advanced, that is another story entirely.

I know it's like comparing apples to oranges, but if you read the Sports Compact Car magazine when they were tinkering with the new 350Z they gained 9 hp going from 93 to 100 octane. I think it's all in the computer systems in the car.
