I had mine go out this winter for a couple months. Came back in Jan. confused Been fine ever since. Odd.

again. it is probably the switch. it costs $25 and takes 10 minutes to replace.

Wrapped in tape means nothing..the wire could still be broken inside the insulation.Take the tape off and have a good look.

Mine hasn't worked since I had the tranny rebuilt. I don't do a lot of driving in reverse so it doesn't really bother me. I never took it back to them, cause I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing(AAMCO) I should really fix it, huh?
