Like Terry, I would like to know what you are trying to do.
The O2 sensors work by generating a very small voltage in the absense of oxygen. Maximum voltage is 1.0 volts. Anything less than 0.5 volts is considered a lean mixture and anything over 0.5 volts is considered a rich mixture. In actual use, the voltage is constantly switching, not holding steady. These instant readings provide information to the processor to control fuel mixture. It is called a closed loop feedback system. Since the car was designed this way, there is no easy way to do away with the oxygen sensor.
