Hi:
I have downloaded the above file from OwnerConnection.com several times, but the mid-section of the document is corrupted.
That is, the formatting is bad for many of the pages and they can't be viewed/printed correctly.
I've received no replies from my repeated emails to that website over the past few weeks.
Does anyone have a CORRECTED version of this PDF file they could email to me?
