I use Valvoline SynPower 10w40 (Full Synthetic)... On my other cars I use Valvoline Durablend (semi-synthetic), and in our 89 Cougar it has 301k miles on the stock engine/tranny... The use of oil is based more on opinions, I would go semi-synthetic if it has alot of miles, and has been ran on regular petroleum oil...

This guys question could have been answered easily by 1 or 2 replies, but some people are just a$$holes, and don't want to help, but just make you feel stupid. They should feel stupid for not knowing the answer to this simple question ...
