are you running anything that draws excessive power?
if your not, a wire could have a bare spot and touching something to cause the fuse to blow. back when i had my old car, the plug to my spotlight broke off in the lighter, my friend tried getting it out with a key, needless to say it shocked the [censored] out of him, blowing a fuse, and taking out my power locks in the process
