Don't take your car in just yet. My car has been in the shop for a ****ing month already for the same problem.the reason i tell you to wait is that the parts (blocking rings)to fix it are being held up by Customs.I was told this by my friend (field service engineer for ford).He talked to the dealer to find out what was taking so long.After he made some calls that is what they found out.they also said that no dealers had these parts. I was told it might be done this week.Calling them on wed.I'll keep you updated.
All under warranty though
