They will not work with RAM. The reason is because of the flywheels are not grinded so the clutch never properly breaks in. Go with a Centerforce you can't go wrong except they weigh quite a bit and negates half of the aluminium flywheel. I went through this headache for a month before I figured out what its was. Props to aussie for dropping that thing in that amount of time. Mine was considerably longer.
im not a flywheel scientist but i just looked at my stock flywheel and it wasnt grinded either. it was very smooth where the clutch engages. maybe do to long use it wore down but . if you say thats why then i guess u may be right
To start with most flywheels are grinded before being mated up with a clutch. It's not turned more of a cross hatch look. I went back in fourth for a month before me a rep at ram figured it out. Ram clutchs are made out of a diffrent material than you run of the mill clutch. I tried kevlar and mettalic and both would not work with the flywheel. So I got rid of the flywheel since they would not take my clutchs back. If you look deep into rams website it states that your flywheel has to be grinded before intstall. I think there might be one other clutch that doesn't jive with the flywheel.
