Don't bother with it.

Between the massive thinning of the cylinder walls required, need for a custom crank (huge money!) or possible grinding of the stock crank (another durability mistake!), and SHOShop's normally ridiculous prices ($2000 for "their" 3L shortblock when a brand new longblock from Ford is $1200 ) I would not even waste my time thinking about it.
