We use 1/8"x1/2" aluminum stock picked up from Home Depot to attatch the bottams of the bumpers when we put on aftermarkets at our shop. Just cut to length and bend to fit your application. Then just run a screw into your new brackets. The jack covers can be bought from Ford. They aren't too expensive and can be bought in your color.
